- Safe & Healthy Neighborhoods
-
I will fight to see that Eastside residents receive the services their tax dollars are paying for to address specific issues like trash dumping, graffiti removal, improved street lighting, and work to improve community policing to address illegal parking, speeding, and homelessness.
- Economic Development
-
Using my experience in economic development, I will work to implement programs & initiatives at the local level which provide access to capital and technical assistance to women & locally owned businesses.
When I'm elected to City Council I will prioritize the creation, adoption and implementation of an economic development strategy and plan for the City of Santa Barbara.
- Renters Rights & Affordable Housing
-
I support efforts to create reasonable community based programs to increase protections for renters against unjust evictions, gentrification & advocate to the increase in the number of affordable units.
