1. How confident are you with the emergency services your district provides? Are there improvements that are needed?
Marinwood is blessed with a wonderful Fire Company. Like most fire districts we are challenged with accommodating their pension demands on our limited tax base. The addition of a potential 1000 homes in affordable housing that contributes little to our tax base to fund our safety needs. The new CSD directors must work to develop a long term strategy to address our needs. See more at http://www.nestel4csd.com
