We now have a window of opportunity to collaboratively determine our future direction due to our recent economic stabilization results. Future efforts to balance our finances will be crucial. We must leverage our resources to encourage smart sustainable projects that will take advantage of our new Train Depot, our central location, our available industrial area and our proximity to Sonoma State University. As one of the initial cities to sign on to Sonoma Clean Power, we've demonstrated our commitment to renewable energy sources and local jobs. Healthy economies and environments start locally.
