Board Member; Jefferson Union High School District

Katherine Zarate Dulany is a smart, thoughtful, and experienced Trustee who has served on the Jefferson Union High School District School Board for over seven years.

As a mother of two young boys and twelve-year Daly City resident, Katherine is dedicated to improving the educational opportunities for all the District's students and keeping our students safe and engaged.

Katherine is an employment lawyer who exercises her critical thinking skills, fact-based reasoning, and empathy in all her board decisions.

Katherine obtained her Juris Doctor from The University of California Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law and her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. In addition to serving on the school board member for the Jefferson Union High School District, she is a former President and current Advisory Board Member of the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California (FBANC). She also served on the California State Bar's Ethnic Minority Relations Committee. She is also a lecturer and volunteer teacher for her parish.
