Hello Women Voters:
My name is Charles Scovell and I'm running for Mayor of Atascadero. I was born and raised in this town and feel a certain responsibility for its future success. I have two boys; Morgan (15) Dawson (4). I am a Certified Arborist Contractor who has spent the last few years as ASCC President/Trustee at Cuesta College. I have spent an extensive amount of time learning the workings of the government to be able to help our town thrive once again. I would like to build a community that's accessible and inclusive for all citizens. We are in desperate need of a downtown hub and community events that are consistent and enjoyed by all. Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo have come out of the same bad economy and have left us far behind. I believe it's time to move Atascadero into the 21 Century and still keep its small town character. There are to many empty buildings in town and there is not enough activities for the seniors or the kids. Vote Charles Scovell Mayor of Atascadero 2014 and get the community we all deserve!
