Growing full and part time enrollment is essential to the long term stability of CCSF.

- Health of Economy: When the economy is good, students are less likely to attend CCSF

- Accreditation Uncertainty: For may prospective students, they are worried that the school's accreditation is in jeopardy. For that reason, students are looking elsewhere for higher education as they are fearful that their credits may not transfer to four-year institutions or they will lose their financial aid.

- Class Offerings: The more relevant the class offerings to full, part-time and certificate programs the more students will enroll

- Cost: The more economical the tuition (especially as compared to local alternatives) the more likely students are to enroll in classes.

To account of for the above factors, the Board of Trustees need to:

- Be laser targeted on maintaining the school's accreditation to alleviate any uncertainty on the matter

- Focus on more after work and weekend classes that would appeal to workforce looking to take additional classes to get the skills needed to help their careers

- To drive costs down, we need to do an audit of the schools operations to find inefficiencies and grow enrollment to drive more revenues into the school.

- Add more modern digital marketing into the advertising mix (such as online and mobile).
