1. Ensuring high academic performance

a. Prepare students for 21st Century jobs by focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering & Math programs, b. Attract and retain the best and brightest teachers and staff

Enhance Art & Music programs for students.

2.Provide safe learning environments, positive activity for students

a.Fund afterschool homework programs and extracurricular activities that provide our students with positive after school activities

b.Enhanced staff training for disaster preparedness.

3.Advocate fiscal responsibility and accountability

a.Create an open, and understandable budget process so that the community can participate in setting the district's budgeting priorities.

b.Use technology to reduce costs, allowing us to invest more in the classroom and less on overhead.

c.Ensure all students benefit equally from District budget.
