Why I am running for Mayor
I believe I'm the right person for this position at this time. I believe the residents of Grand Terrace have earned the right to have the choice to continue with their current Mayor or to make this change.
Commitment
The City deserves a leader who takes a stand for fiscal responsibility, one who will not be frozen by obstacles or "things not going as planned"; a leader who believes the value of a City lies in its community, its local control of property use and zoning with a balance between business friendly and resident friendly.
Leadership
A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent. --D. MacArthur
