My second priority is putting the town businesses and people first, and bureaucracies a distant second. I have an extensive background in the civilian environment. Beginning as a controller at Hughes and then as a program manager at Boeing, my knowledge of these practices is comprehensive. It is my greatest hope that in future town contracts we enlist the bids of local providers, which will directly employ town constituents and keep our town spending in community pockets. That is always a key ingredient of developing SUCCESSFUL contracts and communities. |
