California is facing a historic drought of enormous proportions; just take one look at Folsom Lake or the American River. As a water attorney and small business owner, I understand that the failure to have reliable and affordable water threatens our economy, jobs and home values.

A lack of water supply and higher water bills is a result of a failure of leadership. We need to have the ability to store more water for times of drought and maximize the benefits of conservation efforts. As ratepayers, you need to be assured that you are getting the best value and services for the dollar! I am committed to ensuring a safe, reliable and affordable source of water, both now and for future generations. Thank you for your consideration.
