Southern California is a desert. Now is not the time for water leaders with very little or no experience.
Financial Responsibility and Keeping Rate-Payers Informed
Financial preparedness is key to long-term success. Replacement of pipe in the ground averages about $1.5M per mile. Mesa Water has approximately 350 miles of pipe with life expectancy of about 70 years.
Infrastructure Replacement and Renewal
Mesa has developed a long-term Capitol Program for the pipe, well and infrastructure replacement or renewal. We are prepared!
