Mayor; City of San Leandro

Dear Voters,

With your support, San Leandro can be better still. After listening to your concerns, as Mayor what I hope we can accomplish together is:

Improve our Quality of Life by
Fixing neighborhood streets first
Strengthening our Noise and Community Compliance Ordinances
Improving shuttle and support services for Seniors and residents
Local Hire preferences for new San Leandro jobs

Partner with the Schools to use our technology advantage to make sure our students are the best prepared for 21st Century jobs, and provide City programs for when our students are not in school.

Bolster Public Safety. I will work to increase our police force and focus on neighborhood beats. We need to ensure our Public Safety Departments always have the resources to get the job done and remains as our City's top priority.

Continue expanding shopping and dining opportunities.

Give you more of a voice. It should be easier for you to bring an issue to a vote of the council, or on the ballot.

It has been an honor serving as your Councilmember these last 8 years, let us continue improving San Leandro together. As Mayor, I will be available seven days a week for residents and business. Please keep me working for you, working with you and working beside you by voting Diana Souza for Mayor.
