Coordination is a creative force that makes possible results which are greater than the sum of individual achievements.Oakland needs leaders who can see the City as a whole instead of defining itself by narrow district goals and objectives. Coordination will enable our City to make optimum use of its limited resources and ensure unity of action in the face of disruptive forces. Oakland has suffered tremendously because its leaders, our City Council has not demonstrated the character or ability to COORDINATE. |
