Rent Stabilization Board Commissioners; City of Berkeley

As Vice-Chair of the Rent Board, I demand fairness and work passionately to make sure everyone has access to justice. I am a leader of the Berkeley Tenants Union and a landlord with a rent-controlled cottage behind our West Berkeley home. I believe that safe, healthy, affordable housing is a human right, and rent stabilization is Berkeley's most effective affordable housing program.
