In March, 2014, Dr. Foster conducted a survey of public school employees across Alameda County. The purpose of the survey was to conduct a preliminary NEEDS ASSESSMENT, and to find out from employees in districts across Alameda County, their perceptions of the services provided by Alameda County Office of Education over the last several years. The survey serves to inform the platform for Helen Foster's candidacy for Alameda County Superintendent of Schools.
