Candidate for
Councilmember; City of Torrance

Service is the rent you pay for living in this great country. To that end I have given myself to public service all of my adult life.

I have served as a civil servant with the Department of Veteran Affairs for 24 years and 28 years in the military. I served four years as an enlistee in the Air Force, and 24 years in the Army as an officer, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.

In the words of Nelson Mandela, "There's no passion to be found in playing small - settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living." I have a passion to serve the residents of Torrance on the City Council.

I am willing and able to pay my rent, giving back to a city which has given much to me and my family.
