It is my privilege to serve the citizens of Butte County as Treasurer-Tax Collector, appointed by the Board of Supervisors in recognition of my qualifications and performance as Assistant Treasurer-Tax Collector and extensive professional background in financial services. My career has included serving as bank vice president and branch manager in Chico, Paradise and Oroville, regional administrative officer, credit union branch manager, and as a manager of consumer lending and debt collections.

Capitalizing on the abilities developed over years of financial management, the ten years I've been with the Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office have provided meaningful opportunities to develop the analytical expertise and regulatory knowledge necessary for prudent management of Butte County's $400 million investment pool and Treasury banking operations, issuance and administration of municipal debt, oversight of tax and revenue collections and management of a dedicated and productive workforce. I keep the interests of Butte County's citizens firmly in mind, and am proud to say that our office has an outstanding reputation for knowledgeable personnel and responsive customer service.

I am committed to preserving the conservative fiscal practices that ensure the safety of public funds entrusted to the Treasurer-Tax Collector, and I would be honored to have your vote.
