Special interest groups give money to State Representatives so they can shake your hand, smile, and call you a "dummy" for voting for them!!!

(3) The 2014 Top 10 BLACK and Minority Business Grants available are: #1 + The FedEx Small Business Grant Contest; #2 -The National Association for the Self Employed (NASE) Growth Grants Program; #3 + The Dare to Dream Grant Program; #4 + The Miller Lite Tap the Future Business Plan Competition; #5 + The Small Business Administration (SBA); #6 + The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA); #7 + The Rural Business Enterprise Grants (RBEG) Program; #8 + The Huggies MomInspired Grant Program; #9 - The DOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program; and #10 - The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program.

(4) Finally, Title I allocates some $14 Billion to schools that have a higher proportion of students from low-income families to pay for programs designed to keep them from falling behind . . . The "JAVIS ACT" pays federal funds for research and pilot education programs for "gifted students."
