As a Nonprofit & Corporate Executive Consultant, I work with organizations assessing organizational dynamics, board governance, team management, and fund development.

My passion is stewarding beneficial community change; with a vision for sustainable government, business and nonprofit organizations providing long-term community benefit.

Over 20 years of executive leadership in corporate and nonprofit organizations give me the ability to see needs, and collaborative solutions and partnerships.

I have over 18 years of volunteer and pro bono service in neighborhoods, city and county government, and nonprofits, representing over 30 organizations, 12 in a leadership position and more than 18 right here in Long Beach!

As a life-long learner, I understand that no person has all the answers. Completing my M.A. in Global Leadership two years ago expanded my view of what community can be and how leaders can effect change. It also gave me a desire to assist our next generation of leaders be fully engaged in our city.
