Councilmember; City of Santa Barbara

Mike Jordan is the current chair of the planning commission of the city of Santa Barbara, a Governor Brown appointee to the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board, and executive committee/board member of both the Santa Barbara Downtown Organization and the Greater Santa Barbara Lodging & Restaurant Association. He has also served on the boards of the Santa Barbara Family YMCA and La Mesa Neighborhood Association, and is a former chair of the city's Creeks Advisory Committee. He has an M.A. in Recreation Administration, is locally employed with HUB International Insurance Services, and resides on the Mesa. He and his wife Dayna have four children.
