  • Pension reform is a first priority if we are ever going to gain control of the City budget
  • Political reorganization of the City government is necessary to eliminate functions either duplicative or best left to other levels of government.
  • DWP ratepayers are entitled to not have their rates increased in order to allow for "pork-barrel" spending by the City.
