Core to the District's Master Plan are its objectives addressing the major issues facing Port San Luis Harbor District. I will address three issues generated in the Plan's five objectives:#1 - Public Access to all programs and facilities, #2 - Fiscally sustainable Harbor, #3 - Safe, healthy harbor
