Planning solar fields on agricultural land in neighborhoods is, in my opinion, an inappropriate use of land.
The planned solar field on Warnock St. would better serve the community on the outskirts of Ramona or perhaps on top of large buildings in town. To use forty-five acres of agricultural land that now has hay growing and cattle grazing is not in keeping with either the neighborhood or the rural character that is Ramona. I do not support the chosen location but would support solar panels in an appropriate location.
