Joy has served on many government committees in Orange County but now limits her service to Midway City Sanitary District which serves the residents and businesses in Westminster and Midway City. She also serves as a Director for the Orange County Sanitation District.
Political Philosophy for Joy L. Neugebauer
Joy's political philosophy grew from day to day contact with community members. Simply stated Joy works in an ethical manner to provide services to meet the needs of the community in an efficient, cost effective and informed manner. Her top priorities are fiscal responsibilty, openess,and personal ethics in all she does.
