What an Architect is

A consensus builder based on community input utilizing skills developed a lifetime of learning and execution of projects.

As an Architect I have a broad based view of the Water Districts needs and operations. Architects are trained in building Community Consensus, Design, Engineering (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Structural), History, Law, Philosophy and Reason. After 5 years at University, we intern for 3 years before taking the 4 day licensing exam covering all of the education noted. These disciplines are precisely applicable to the Directors charge to effectively represent the community's best interests.

It has been my good fortune to have worked closely with a large state agency in the water facilities division. I want to provide outstanding Water District Stewardship.

An avid cyclist, I have explored this amazingly beautiful area, riding up and down the mountains and communities, enjoying the abundant green. It is this remarkable area I want to preserve and keep the financial means within the grasp of all who can live here.

A Vietnam war Navy veteran, I have lived in Westlake Village for 28 years, my 3 children have graduated from the Las Virgenes Schools.

Good sense advises us all to conserve where we can.

Water is a precious resource, and we will thrive with its' best use and Stewardship for all.
