Council Member; Borough of Swarthmore

David's vision for Swarthmore is simply stated: we live in a wonderful town; let's keep it that way. He believes that at the local level, good government equals good administration. Good administration means making sure that our neighbors get the services they pay for. It also means improving the quality of life of Swarthmore residents to the extent possible. Striking the proper balance between taxes and services can't be done without listening and responding to the needs and wants of all of the members of our community.
