  • I am an independent thoughtful decision maker. My goal is to manage and decide each case with fairness and integrity.
  • A case management system where all pre-trial pleadings, discovery and motions deadlines are determined from the outset.
  • A daily Motions Court Judge who could make same day decisions on uncontested motions and contested motions where no lengthy hearings are required.
