My main focus as magistrate will be crime in our communities:

I will demonstrate leniency, but will enforce by accountability.

• This will be accomplished by holding all parties accountable for their actions, yet providing leniency through the use of community service as penalty for minor offenses.
• As Mayor of Swissvale, I am actively involved with such community service programs and have been associated with the former magistrate as well as heading the Swissvale Police Department.

I will hold property owners accountable for the proper maintenance of their real estate, whether their own homes or rental properties."

• As Mayor of Swissvale, I have been and continue to be involved in code enforcement and the beautification of our community.
