Challenge of Affordability

How can we continue to give our children a high quality of education programs that our community can afford?

Chappaqua has had a long history of academic excellence. We want the best-qualified, most-dedicated teachers, well run facilities, and great programs.

While we are willing to pay for these essentials, we want to be sure were not overpaying. We need to know that our hard-earned tax dollars are not being wasted, but are being spent as efficiently and effectively as possible. I am committed to examining the fine print of our school budget, targeting any inefficiencies and streamlining where it is possible to achieve the same quality of education for lower costs.
