Teaming up with our neighbors to do more with less
I think we have to more aggressively pursue shared services with our neighboring districts. We are all small high performing schools in the same boat of having to do more with less. We should encourage our superintendants to seek cooperative facility, course and employee opportunities, which would enhance our collective educational offering while reducing costs. I think that the role that technology can play in making aspects of this practical should not be downplayed.
