Lisa Turner for Delta College Trustee 2010

Lisa Turner is a candidate for San Joaquin Delta College Board of Trustees, District 7. Lisa is a local business owner helping people improve their lives. She is married to her husband, Steven Turner of 28 years, and they live in Lathrop. They have three adult male children and four grand-children, three boys and one girl. Lisa is an active member of Families Together Missionary Baptist Church in Stockton. Lisa is running for Delta College Trustee because she is concerned about our community. Some of the things Lisa wants to see happen are:

  • Bring Good Jobs to San Joaquin County + Attract Industries.

  • More Collaboration with Universities for Students seeking four-year Degrees.

  • Improve Services for Adult Re-Entry Students.

  • More Accountability in College Spending.
