Safety Through Partnerships & Objective Environmental MonitoringBy Diane Wesley SmithCandidate for Board of Supervisors; San Francisco County; District 10 | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
Increased education of cultures between races through a Safety & Community Relations Forum. A clean environment is part of Safety.Partnership between the community, law enforcement, the District Attorney's and Public Defender's office, youth, education and industry clusters. This Task Force on Safety and Respect would be a start. Increased law enforcement presence is an immediate solution. Let's also plan for long-term solutions with our children and elders in mind. We can never be safe without a clean environment. We must have 100% cleanup at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and other places already identified by an objective third-party. |
