In 2006, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from California State University, Long Beach. Within a year of my graduation, I decided to go back to school to earn a Master in Public Administration degree from California State University, San Bernardino. Receiving my Master in Public Administration was one of the first steps which allowed me to truly understand how the government works from the inside out. In addition, my credentials are: Preliminary Full Time Designated Subjects Career Technical Education Teaching and Preliminary Designated Subjects Adult Education Teaching--Full Time.
I am an active member of the League of Women Voters, American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), Toastmasters International, Society of Women Engineers (SWE), and National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).
