Mr. McGill has designed and managed a variety of public works and private land development projects. In his over 35 years of Professional Engineering practice he has worked on hundreds of projects. He has extensive experience in dealing with public agencies and local governments.
He is familiar with regulatory procedures and requirements for obtaining approvals and permits, and has worked with federal, state and local agencies, including the Federal Emergency Management Agency, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the State Water Resources Control Board, and various flood control districts. Mr. McGill has expertise in the areas of environmental assessments, flood control, hydraulics/hydrology, grading, and drainage and erosion control.
