1. What are your thoughts about the development of the frontage property at Ohlone's Fremont campus?
This issue has become a non-issue in this particular campaign since property values have dropped significantly in the current economic climate, and there are few takers interested in any kind of development project. There is a poll on my http://www.Jan4Ohlone.org webpage that addresses this question, and most of the respondents favor a long term lease project where the campus retains influence with the developer if it comes to a fiscal necessity.
