New faces can add ingenuity that will achieve necessary change and add to experience that is based on just the past.
Aldan's agenda has been limited to one group party-approved ideas. Experience in of itself does not breed ingenuity, but having a broader view of the issues certainly can. The best government draws from all of its resources, including all resident's knowledge, experiences,backgrounds,and life experiences and Aldan should do that also.
