1. What are your Qualifications for Office? (50 word limit)
My wife, two daughters and I have resided in Greenhills for the past 16 yrs. I have been a small business owner for 9 years. I also have worked for two different Fortune 500 companies and hold 8 US patents. I have a record of solving problems and generating ideas.2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)
I plan on fostering communication and collaboration amongst disparate groups. For the purpose of revealing the common goals and objectives that benefit us all in Greenhills. Do my part to insure that Village business is conducted according to all appropriate laws and processes. Encourage and address all applicable citizen concerns in a respectful and honorable manner.3. What two actions would you promote to enhance city revenue or decrease city expenditures in order to balance the city budget, given the current economic conditions? (100 word limit)
1/ Foster a pro business atmosphere for dual platform businesses (businesses that have a local retail component and a retail internet presence). 2/ Offer creative solutions that decrease village expenditures while maintaining what is vital to community success.4. What steps should the local government take to ensure that the quality of rental property meets minimum legal standards? (100 word limit)
