1. What are your Qualifications for Office? (50 word limit)
|
Answer from Daniel F. O'Sullivan, Jr.:
I have worked for large and small businesses. In 1997, I founded my own company and have managed my own businesses ever since. I have lived in or next to the 73rd District virtually my entire life. My family, education and experience have prepared me for office.
Answer from Steve Brown:
As Assistant Attorney General in the office of Jay Nixon, I represented and worked on behalf of virtually every state agency. This strong understanding of how government operates, along with my lifelong commitment to public service, will allow me to effectively represent the 73rd district.

2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (50 word limit)
|
Answer from Daniel F. O'Sullivan, Jr.:
Ensure funding for schools and quality of education is increased.
Introduce legislation to make health coverage available to most/all Missourians.
Change eminent domain and TIFF laws to ensure property owner's rights are not superceded by land developers or that their rights are not abused by cities to enrich private developers.
Answer from Steve Brown:
I will work for universal health insurance for all Missourians; fight to protect and promote traditional public schools; and promote the growth of sustainable construction and renewable energy sources.
