1. What does California need to do to address the current budget crisis?

The solution for the budget crisis is to dramatically reduce both taxes and the roll of government across the board.

This would require many laws that have to be repealed, and much government land to be sold/auctioned off to private individuals and businesses.

2. What should the state's priorities be for K-12 education? For the Community College System?

The first step in the process of the freedom of education is to get rid of the control of the federal government in education. Next is the elimination of the state control over education. If the voters insist on government education, then it best be done as locally as possible. However, if we eliminated property taxes, and allowed people to keep the fruits of their production, then they would be financially capable of placing their own children in the private school of their choice. After all, many more government school teachers put their own kids in private school compared to everyone else.

3. What measures would you support to address California's water needs?

There are many fastenating and exciting examples of the free market providing for water. But the local govenrment always finds a way to knuge in there and maintain the monopoly. Presidian has been trying to build awater desaliantion plant in Oceanside for many years. And who is fighting against it? The consumers? No! It is the city government. The city govenrmtn are in the way of private solutions to a problem that would besolved throught the free market. But.. the govenmtn has every incentive to stop the project through its various ways.
