Water Board Director is a non-partisan office that has its fiduciary responsibility to the customers of the Water District.

I decline all endorsements and contributions, I serve the customers only.

My philosophy is to lower the cost to the customers by using recycled water in a sensible amount, not desalinated water in twice the amount necessary.

What's most important,Soquel Creek Water will own the recycled water plant completely, desal goes to Santa Cruz in a dry year.

Yes, I'm a tad fiscally conservative at 63, but with water you want quality and abundance too!

Spending your money to balance these goals is my #1 goal!
