Candidate for
Director; Ben Lomond Fire Protection District

PHILOSOPHY:

The Board of Directors shall guide the District with sound leadership principals, fiscally responsible policies and a compassionate sensitivity to the needs of our community. It is the Board's vision and values that are carried out by the District staff.

The Board represents the needs of all citizens in our community and their authority is only with the Board as a whole. I will work hard to build and sustain an effective governance team. I will follow and understand the District mission, policies and guidelines. I will work hard and commit the time and energy required to be effective.

As a member of the Board and effective governance team, I will work to help set the direction, establish the structure, provide the support, ensure accountability and act as a community leader.
