Educational Philosophy
Education cannot be packaged as a one size fits all design. The community can work towards class size reduction, create parent school partnerships, and provide quality educational texts and resources, all very important components. Ultimately, however, success rests on our teachers. We need to allow our teachers the freedom and flexibility to help each student reach his/her full potential. Quality education goes beyond test scores! It is about engaging our students, sparking their curiosity and building a desire for life long learning.
