Limited constitutional government, national sovereignty, secure borders.By Donald L. WoodCandidate for Member, Republican Party County Central Committee; County of Los Angeles; Assembly District 47 | |

We have a rule book given to us by great American patriots of the past. Its called The US Constitution. We have borders. Let's use em or lose em.While I support a strong national defense so that another 9/11 doesn't happen, we have to balance our need for security with our right to personal freedom and privacy. I strongly support our right to privacy and due process as provided to us by The Bill of Rights. The terrorists have won if we end up losing our Constitution, our liberties, in order to be perfectly safe. I would rather be in constant danger living in a free and open society, then be perfectly safe behind prison bars. The Constitution is a beautiful document. We should respect it and let the cards fall as they may. Too much government leads to too much Big Brother. If our elected Represented take an oath to The Constitution, but yet we see it being chipped away at every day. Let's always and forever respect and obey The Constitution. That is the ultimate conservative value. I also want out of UN, out of any unrestricted trade agreements between us and Mexico and Canada. The US should be able to stand independent of foreign countries for its livelihood. Let's keep jobs here in America and keep people from coming here who reduce our standard of living. Secure the borders immediately, and stop welfare to illegals. Otherwise Americans will wake up one day and realize that America in the hands of people with other allegiances. I will never work on the campaign or provide material support to any Republican who is soft on border issues. Never! And I even will campaign against them if they even glimpse at voting for Amnesty. My allegiance is to my country first. Please write-in "Donald" for "Central Committee" in the 47th district. |
