I am a loyal Republican. I believe in low taxes, limited government, strong defense, free markets, personal responsibility, and individual liberty. I also believe all Americans have the right to liberty, freedom, and equality. I stand up against those who preach hatred and intolerance. In 24 years of management and financial experience in the non-profit sector, including the Boy Scouts of America, Junior Achievement, and the Los Angeles Venture Association; I worked to bring results and efficiency to the organizations I served while restoring the faith that we can make a difference. I want to revitalize the Republican Party with a renewed vision. Imagine a government that believes:
- Tax money is YOUR MONEY first ENVIRONMENT Our environment is very important, but so is my job. We need a balanced approach that impacts everyone equally. TRAFFIC We need to renew our commitment to solutions for hassle free commuting ECONOMY The state budget reflects our priorities. Close down wasteful programs, not public parks. Let's invest in small businesses not government bureaucracies. We achieve prosperity and financial security when we control our money, not the government. EVERYTHING ELSE We realize there are many more issues than this, but we can't address them all here. But I renew my pledge that if the solution to someone else's problem affects you, I'll tell you about it; why it's important, how it affects you and then give you the chance to offer your views BEFORE I make a decision so I can be held accountable. |
