I have been a resident of Terrace Park since 1960 and have been a member of the Zoning Commission for the past few years. I have attended many council meetings and am familiar with most village issues and members of village council, village officers, and volunteers. I have been a member of the Terrace Park Marching Band and participate in the parades on Memorial and Labor days as well as performing at "Santa on the Green" each Christmas season. I was a founding Trustee of the Terrace Park Historical Society (TPHS) which was founded by my wife, Carol C. Cole. I am currently the technical advisor of TPHS for its two websites and am active in many of the organization's activities. My three daughters all went through the Mariemont school system except for the eight years we were in England. They are all married and scattered around the country. We have been active in AFS, the high school exchange program and have hosted four times. Our home, on the corner of Myrtle and Marietta, is often referred to as the "International House" since we often display flags of the countries with which we have had a relationship. |
