1. What are your qualifications for office? (50 word limit)

Answer from Brad Greenberg:

I am currently a Judge in Hamilton County Municipal Court. Prior to becoming a Judge, I was an assistant prosecuting attorney for Hamilton County for eleven years.

2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)

Answer from Brad Greenberg:

It is important for a Judge to have an open mind and listen to both sides before reaching a decision. Judicial decisions must be based on the law, the facts and common sense.

3. What specific changes would you like to see in the administration of justice in Hamilton County? (150 word limit)

Answer from Brad Greenberg:

More effort should be directed at resolving cases in a timely manner. Unreasonable delays undermine the administration of justice.

Responses to questions asked of each candidate are reproduced as submitted to the League.  Candidates' statements are presented as submitted. Word limits apply for each question. Direct references to opponents are not permitted.

The order of the candidates is random and changes daily. Candidates who did not respond are not listed on this page.
