Having the privilege to live and work in this wonderful community +it's time I helped out. With many challenges facing Occidental, I bring new ideas and commitment to work openly and transparently to accomplish 3 goals and 1 `pipe dream':
1. Implement conservation-oriented water use pricing.
2. Improve Board transparency and efficiency by posting official documents, minutes, and agendas online.
3. Harness citizen involvement on growth issues.
4. Implement a `grey water' policy for new water hookups or expansion of existing hookups (yep, that's my `pipe dream').
