- Only Independent Candidate, not a member of any slate or majority. I will ensure that every one and every area of this community is represented.
- As a City Official I never had to declared a Conflict of Interest as I never allowed myself to be put in that position. All my votes will count.
- I will attempt to lower the amount of allowable political contributions from Special Interests in City campaigns.

Our City is being torn apart, by continual fighting on the Council, with charges and counter-charges. The Super Four Majority, who is approving "sweetheart give-away" deals to favored developers is trying to capture the fifth seat. The other side is an incumbent with a "faction running partner" trying to increase his power. Both sides have lost sight of the best interests of the City in their "power struggle".
