The City Clerk carries out the decisions of the majority of the City Council. He remains nuetral and facilitates the documentation of the actions of the City Council. He workes with City Clerk staff and Department heads so council agenda reports are factual and complete. The City Clerk works with staff so the contact with residents and business persons is pleasent and friendly to both sides.
