EducationBy David J. NeighborsCandidate for State Board of Equalization; District 1 | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
True improvements in our children's education will depend on re-investment and reinvigoration. David and his older brothers are all products of Toyon school. David believes we need to return to a strong academic curriculum that provides children with the opportunity to make their dreams come true. David wants to return to basic teaching methods that work such as phonics and traditional math standards. He believes class size reduction is good because it allows for better attention and safer environments for our children |
